RETURNS & REFUNDS

​​​• If We Fuck It Up, We Fix It

If your order shows up looking like it lost a fight with a wood chipper—or it’s not the size you ordered, or it’s covered in eels, or something else is clearly wrong—we’ll make it right.

 

Just email us at allotropeenterprisesllc@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • A photo of the item

  • A quick description of the issue

  • Your order number

 

We’ll take care of the rest—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

• If You Fuck It Up, We Can't Fix That

All of our T-shirts are printed on demand and shipped directly to you, which is super efficient. No warehouses or piles of inventory. But this business model does mean that we can't do returns or exchanges for things like:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Significant other doesn’t think it’s funny

  • Realizing you’ve already got six office camo T-shirts (we get it)

  • Realizing you don’t actually work in an office

If you find yourself in one of the above situations, remember that these shirts make excellent gifts.

• Where Do Returns Go?

If something needs to be returned, it goes back to Printful’s return center (not our garage, not your cousin’s house). We’ll give you the details if it comes to that.

 

• Bottom Line

We don’t offer “change-my-mind” returns, but if we screw something up, you’re covered.
